    Install KeyAccess for Windows

    Step-by-Step

    1. Click here to download the 32 bit installer and here to download the 64 bit installer for Windows.
    2. Click Save File. This saves the installer (an .exe file) to your local computer.
    3. Double click K2Client.exe to begin the installation.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the KeyAccess installation.

    Stata Windows

    Details

    Stata is campus-licensed statistical software. Two versions of Intercooled Stata are available for download at Dartmouth - Stata 12 and 13 for Windows and Mac OS X machines. See Stata for Windows or Stata for Macintosh for download links and instructions.

    VPN Client for Mobile Devices

    Details

    Dartmouth uses an application that requires software be installed on the device before the VPN connection is tried. The product is named F5 Access; older versions are named Big-IP Edge Client.

    Before you begin

    Make sure you have removed any old VPN clients from your computer. The old Juniper VPN and Junos Pulse system should be entirely removed from your device before you can install and use the F5 Access Client. Make sure to look for an remove Juniper, Junos Pulse and Network Connect.

    KeyAccess for Mac OS X

    KeyAccess is a utility that is required to run KeyServed software. If you have a problem running any KeyServed application, make sure you are running the latest version of KeyAccess. In order to run KeyServed software, you must have a connection to the Dartmouth network.

    CyberArk - Access from OS X without a VM

    To access the CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM) from OS X without using a Virtual Machine with Windows, you will need Microsoft’s Remote Desktop, version 8.0.43, which requires OS X 10.9 or later.
