    In those instances where a faculty member would like to invite or approve someone outside of the Dartmouth community to participate in their class, and needs that person to have access to their class website, they will need to request a "Guest Account".     Display multiple accounts in Outlook for Windows

    If you are someone's assistant, and part of your job is to read, and respond to email for someone else, you can have your Outlook account set up so that both your Outlook account, and the Outlook account of the person whose email you monitor are both displayed when you log into your account.

    Have the person whose account you need access send an email to [email protected] requesting that you be granted full access and send permissions to their account. Once the permissions have been set, execute the following steps.

    Dartmouth introduced a new safety app called Dartmouth LiveSafe. It provides a quick and convenient way for you to watch out for your friends, or to quickly report a safety concern to Safety and Security. The app provides access to campus resource information, easy Emergency 911 and Dartmouth Safety and Security communications, anonymous tip reporting and more.

    Obtaining a New Office or Room Phone

    Students and departments must buy their own phones, which are purchased through the Computer Store. You can reach them via email at [email protected] or via phone at 603-646-3249.

    Once you have the new phone, you'll need to send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

    Getting Started with Box

    Details

    First you will need to log in:

    1. Go to http://dartmouth.box.com.
    2. You will be prompted with Part of Dartmouth College? dialog box. Click Continue.
    3. Login with your Dartmouth NetID and password.

    Once you have logged in to your Box account, you are ready to start uploading files.
