    Details

The table below provides information regarding which dorms use VoIP phones and which dorms use standard analog phones.

In the dorms that are listed as VoIP, Dartmouth provides one phone for each room, regardless of the number of beds in the room. These phones are locked to the specific jack they are plugged into and cannot be moved by the student. See the Office of Residential Life for more information.

    Request a Group Mailing List

    Details

Mailing lists can be created on central systems so that they are available for use by multiple people. There are two different systems in use at Dartmouth - the Cloud based system and the ListServ system - in which these shared mailing lists can be created. Where they are created is dependent upon the features needed, who will be maintaining the lists and who will be members on the list.

Why is My Mailbox Getting So Slow?

    Details

Dartmouth's mail system supports up to 20,000 messages in a single folder. If you have more than that in one folder, the system will not perform as well for you. We recommend you archive messages from that folder or create another folder and move some of the messages to the new folder.
