    Institutional Reporting and Analysis Service Overview



    Dartmouth's Institutional Reporting and Data Analytics toolset uses the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), a central integrated repository of Financial and Student data including data marts for the following areas: General Ledger (GL), Oracle Grants Accounting (OGA), Human Resources (HR) and Labor Distribution (LD), Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Endowment, Facilities (FAMIS), P-Card, Kronos, Advancement, Student Financial Services, Admissions, Financial Aid, Grades, Course Timetable, and Course Assessment.

    Chart String Lookup Tool


    This utility is designed to identify valid chart strings for general ledger transactions. Anyone with a valid Dartmouth Name Directory (DND) account may use the Chart String Lookup Tool. It was created when Dartmouth converted from 6-digit to 25-digit account strings.

    Event Scheduling at Dartmouth


    Dartmouth College uses Event Management System (EMS) as its centralized event scheduling system at 13 different scheduling offices. Representatives from most of these offices meet on a regular basis where scheduling policies, system issues, "tricks of the trade," and other related topics are discussed. The group, known as the EMS Users Group, normally meets on a monthly basis.

    COEUS - Grant Management System


    COEUS is Dartmouth's institutional repository for information about grant proposals and awards. Grant data is accessed through robust searching and reporting features within this system.     Hyperion Planning is Dartmouth's budgeting system. It is a web-based system that supports budget input, forecasting and analysis, and is mainly used by departmental fiscal officers, and staff in the Financial Planning and Budget Office.

    Fundriver is a web-based system that provides read-only access to all the major attributes of an endowment fund, including narrative, current financial summary with estimated distribution for upcoming fiscal year end, financial history, programs supported by the fund, transaction history, and distribution history.

    Flex Online - Online Benefits Administration


    Flex Online is a web-based system that provides an easy way for employees to enroll in and manage their Dartmouth benefit options.
