    Before You Go:

    • Backup all data, and take only the minimum data necessary, or a clean loaner machine.
    • Work with your IT Consultant to remove or restrict any elevated or sensitive permissions on devices.

    Install KeyAccess for Windows

    Step-by-Step

    1. Click here to download the 32 bit installer and here to download the 64 bit installer for Windows.
    2. Click Save File. This saves the installer (an .exe file) to your local computer.
    3. Double click K2Client.exe to begin the installation.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the KeyAccess installation.

    KeyAccess for Mac OS X

    Step-by-Step

    KeyAccess is a utility that is required to run KeyServed software. If you have a problem running any KeyServed application, make sure you are running the latest version of KeyAccess. In order to run KeyServed software, you must have a connection to the Dartmouth network.
