We have certified technicians on staff who diagnose and repair failed hardware and software issues. We offer competitive rates for time and materials: generally, $75/hr with a one-hour minimum.

Schedule a Pickup or Delivery

For all on-campus departmental offices, we offer free pickup or delivery for repairs at our 012 McNutt Hall location. Contact us with any questions. Be sure to include information about your equipment and the nature of the issue.

Warranty Information

AppleCare, HP, and Dell extended warranty plans. Additional service and maintenance agreements are available, and encouraged, for campus users. Each product also carries its own manufacturer’s warranty, so be sure to check this information as soon as you open your purchase. In most cases, we'll install hardware purchased at our store at no additional charge. If you install hardware yourself, you will void the product's warranty. Aside from hardware covered under your computer's warranty, items purchased and installed through the Repair Shop will be charged an installation fee.

Maintenance

The manufacturer's warranty covers repairs made to new personal computers. After the warranty expires, we can perform complete repair and maintenance services on a time-and-materials, or contractual, basis.
