    Downloading Microsoft Office from BWA

    Step-by-Step

    1. Open a web browser and navigate to http://bwa.dartmouth.edu/
    2. The BWA login screen will appear. Enter your NetID and password, then press Enter. Your Email account will appear.
    3. In the left corner of the menu bar that appears at the top of the window, click Office 365. (This looks like it is just text but it's actually a link.)

    Dartmouth offers several Linux software programs for your use.

    Some applications require a license number or serial number.  One of the files that is expanded from the original file you downloaded will contain the appropriate license information.

    Installing GreenPrint for Macintosh

    Step-by-Step

    1. Download the GreenPrint-KM.dmg installer.
    2. Navigate to where the file was downloaded on your computer and double-click GreenPrint-KM.dmg.
    3. Open the GreenPrint-KM disk on the desktop.
    4. Double-click the Popup.pkg file to view the Install Pharos Popup Client installer
    5. The installer's welcome message appears. Click the Continue button twice.

    There are two types of Microsoft Office installations available to members of the Dartmouth community: those that are downloaded from the BWA.dartmouth.edu website; those that are installed via media.

    The versions of Office that are installed from BWA.dartmouth.edu will remain fully functional as long as you have an active student, faculty or staff Dartmouth account.
