    Request a New SharePoint Site

    SharePoint Online is part of the Office365 suite and is a powerful platform on which to build team websites for collaboration. A SharePoint Online site allows you to centrally manage and share files, assign tasks, build lists, share announcements, manage schedules and more.

    Step-by-Step

    To request a new SharePoint Online site send an email to [email protected]. Include the following information in your email request:

    First you will need to log in:

    1. Go to http://dartmouth.box.com.
    2. You will be prompted with Part of Dartmouth College? dialog box. Click Continue.
    3. Login with your Dartmouth NetID and password.

    Once you have logged in to your Box account, you are ready to start uploading files.

    Step-by-Step

    Search using Site Search Box

    1. Type the text you are looking for into the Search Box found in the upper-right corner of your SharePoint Site.
    2. Press Enter.

    Search using Library Search Box

    1. If you are not already there, move to the top level of the "Document Library" for the site you are searching. 
    2. In the search window that appears between the "New, Upload" Sync ..." menu bar, and the list of files in the library, type the text you are looking for.
