    Konica Minolta Copiers - Reports using Account Track


    Departments who need to track and bill copier usage on Konica Minolta devices need to have Account Track enabled, and the PageScope Data Administrator application installed on a Windows computer. Once that is done, follow the steps below to report on the usage.

    Troublshooting Konica Minolta and Mac OS X 10.11


    If you are having issues with a computer running Mac OS X 10.11 and printing to Konica Minolta printers, ensure that the printer queue on your computer is set to LPD. Unlike earlier versions of the Mac OS, Mac OS X 10.11 default to IPP when setting up a print queue, and this leads to all sorts of issues.

    1. Press the Fax/Scan button on the Konica Minolta device.
    2. Select the destination email address.
    3. Place first original on the glass or in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
    4. On the screen, in the lower right corner, press Application.
    5. In the Application window in section B, make sure that Separate Scan is set to ON.
    6. Press the Close button.

    4. Press the Menu button.
    5. Select Utility.

    7. If Current Setting is selected, change selection to Default Setting, then press OK.

    1. Completely power down the copier.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the wall as well as the Ethernet cable.
    3. Wait for a minute.
    4. Plug everything back in and start up the copier or printer again.
