    Clutter Folder


    In August of 2015 Microsoft rolled out a new feature called "Clutter". Clutter moves low priority email messages out of your Inbox so that you can easily scan for important messages. Clutter analyzes your emails, and based on your past behavior, determines the messages that you’re most likely to ignore. It then moves those messages to a folder called Clutter so that you can review them later.

    The Clutter feature can be turned on and off from BWA or in the Windows Outlook client. Information on how to configure can be found on this Microsoft page:

    MailChimp is a web-based application so you do not need to download or install any software on your computer. Sign up directly with MailChimp to create an account. The "chimp" imagery reflects the lighthearted style central to the company's culture and should not dissuade users from the utility of the product.

    OneDrive for Business provides unlimited password-protected, online storage for each user. This allows you to store documents, photos and other files online so they can be accessed from any Internet-connected computer. You can install an application on your computer so your OneDrive location acts like your computer's hard drive, or you can access/upload your OneDrive files via a web browser.

    Leaving Dartmouth


    When your time as a student at Dartmouth is complete, your address will continue to exist, but the mailbox attached to your account will be deleted within 60 days of your departure. In order to not lose any messages, contacts or calendar events, you need to set up your address to forward to another non-Dartmouth account prior to your mailbox deactivation.
