Information Technology Services provides a “best-effort” level of support for:

  • Konica Minolta Multi-function copiers
  • Epson and HP inkjet printers
  • Xerox and HP laser printers
  • Dell laser printers

This includes adding a printer to a computer and configuring the printer for the network.

Available to

Dartmouth faculty and staff in the Arts and Sciences departments or in administrative departments.

Benefits and Features

Xerox, HP, and Dell laser printers provide faculty and staff networked access to business quality printing.

Konica Minolta copiers provide departments with large capacity printing services providing a variety of printing options (color, monochrome, sorting, stapling, envelopes, and more.)

Requirements

  • Personal printers with built-in wireless capability are not recommended for wireless use on campus, but can be used via direct connection with a USB cable.

Get Started

Faculty and staff are advised to contact their department’s IT support office for:

  • Printer recommendations,
  • Network laser printer hardware setup,
  • Printer queue setup on computers, and
  • Troubleshooting problems when printing, or with the printer itself.

Konica Minolta copiers are setup by a Konica Minolta technician.
