  1. Using a web browser, log in to a Dartmouth email account via the https://bwa.dartmouth.edu web interface.
  2. In the upper right corner of the window (to the right of your name) click the gear icon and then choose My app settings, then choose "Mail".
  3. In the Options window on the left, click General, then choose "Distribution groups".
  4. The Distribution Groups window will display "distribution groups I belong to" and "distribution groups I own".
  5. The Groups window will display "distribution groups I belong to" and "distribution groups I own".
  6. Double click the mailing list from which you want to remove your address, then click Leave.
    • If the list is configured as a Closed list, a request to leave will be rejected automatically. Members can only be removed by the group owners.
