How do I Reset my TMS (The Museum System) Password?

Step-by-Step

The TMS (The Museum System) password should be the same as your Dartmouth netid password. If they are not the same, there is something out of sync with Oracle Database and name directory. The way to remedy this is to reset your Dartmouth password. This will sync with TMS to make the passwords the same.

To reset your Dartmouth password, follow the steps at Changing Your Password.

After changing your password by following the proscribed steps, when you get to your desktop, connect to VPN, then log into TMS with the new password.

Details

TMS uses an Oracle Database on the backend of the TMS application and requires VPN for access.
