Unauthorized Access or Account Locked Error

Details

If you are trying to access a Dartmouth system and are getting an error that you are not authorized to access the system, it may be that your account has been locked.

As of July 13, 2015 Dartmouth increased the security of many of it's web-based systems to require you to answer at least one of your security questions, in additional to entering your NetID and password.

If you answered your questions incorrectly, please contact your department's IT support office. We will need to verify your identity to assist you in unlocking your account. If you do not know the correct answer to a particular security question, you will need to reset your security questions. Be sure to contact us when you have access to a computer and not just a mobile device to reset your questions.
